Hi All,

I wonder if you can help me….

Can anyone please tell me where i can get part no. AXW11NB7SRO from? It’s a main PCB for the above make / model. Connect Distribution are having trouble getting it and even advised us to go to Panasonic direct but we have no details for them.

Pathetic yet unsurprisingly Panasonic have their own (quote) “nationwide service facility” which means, if you are lucky enough to have one in your neck of the woods! you have to rely on each agent to supply the spares. Connect are in the same boat in that many spares are not readily available from stock or to the trade and subsequently ‘back orders’ abound.
