    My panasonic microwave looks as though its working but the food is not getting hot, there doesn’t seem to be that whirring sound when working. What could this be? Thanks

    Hi: I’m sorry but we don’t give out repair information for Microwave ovens, there are no user serviceable parts inside. Microwaves hold lethal voltages even when turned off & unplugged and should only be repaired by Trained Engineers with the proper Test Equipment.

    Of course you could telephone Panasonic Customer Service to point you in the direction of an authorised repairer!
