brand new graded unused fridge freezer customer swapped the door from left to right opening the door display will not illuminate put door on from another fridge still wont come on.no access to manual could it be fuse on board any ideas before i revisit

did they change the wiring loom over. there is a link wire built in to the door it connects to the cabinate loom then links to the other side opening, can be confusing if you have not done one .

Thanks,all connection are correct,the customer is quite happy to use it without the display,strange!!
