Panasonic u13

Hi.
I’ve got to go out to a Panasonic NA-148VG4. The chap says for the last few months it’s been displaying u13 on a more regular basis. I think it indicates an out of balance problem. He’s cleaned out the filter and says it drains fine. Any other reason Whyte this code might keep coming up with a normal load. Thanks.
