Panasonic Washing Machine Help

I have a Panasonic Washing machine. Over the last 2 days I received an error code U11. It seemed to be pumping out water slowly or not at all. I did a 90 degrees wash and drained the machine and everything was OK. I then started getting the U11 again and now get U14. I also have a tub load of washing stuck.

Any help appreciated.

Have you checked the filter etc?

Yes I have checked the filter. There was nothing there.

Does it connect to the sink trap. If so check there as well, sounds like a blockage somewhere

It goes directly outside I have the drain hose in a bucket and no water is coming out when I set it on the drain cycle.

I take it you can hear the pump working, if yes there’s a blockage probably in the sump hose

I can her the pump working. Sometimes there is a grinding noise. It sounds like it is pumping but there is no water going through it.

Is there any way to open the door on this machine to get the washing out and is the sump hose accessible.

there is a motor that opens a valve on these washers and they always jam after a tub clean cycle, new valve required or you could just jam it open.
