Part number for De Dietrich metal separator strip

Hi, I’m looking for the part number for the metal separator strip that attaches to the oven housing shelf thats needed when more than one oven are in the housing. I had one that came with a combi micro (DME399X) but need another. Any clues? Is it a generic item that I can get from somebody else?

I don’t think there is a part number for this, not using the microwave model anyway.

What about a kitchen company ? I doubt this is specific to Brandt to be honest.

Thanks for the prompt reply. It did arrive in the same box, and had instructions for its installation but unfortunately no reference to a part number. I’ve tried contacting a few kitchen installers but none seemed to have heard of this thing. The De Deitrich/Brandt parts line (01256 308022) is on a permanent answer machine and their sales line haven’t heard of it. Even the people who supplied me the machines haven’t heard of such a part. Bizarre. The one I’ve fitted underneath the first oven looks good, finishes the cabinet off nicely..just wish I could get hold of another one.. oh well.. 😕

It’s very possible that this was an installation accessory, sometimes such things are and trying to get replacements can be a bit of a nightmare. It so happens that I have a DME101X (same range, the combi-micro) here and it doesn’t look to me as if there’s a trim supplied with it.

Normally this would be handled by sales and I certainly don’t see one listed on the spares info, getting sales to acknowledge that however could prove an uphill struggle. 😕

A response from Brandt spares..this item has no part number and is unavailable as a separate item.
A quick trip to B&Q, one butchered drawer front from their stainless range later and I have my trim..made to measure!
