anyone still waiting for there new partfinder to turn up? sent a cheque off three weeks ago and we’re getting close to issue 9 packing up

Well mine has just arrived and it choked on install. 👿
Gets about half way through then starts to fill the log with ‘failed to copy’ error messages.
Never had any install problems before. 😕
Going to try it on my lappy to see what happens on that.
I sent a cheque for £71.68 to cover for two PC’s but they have only sent me an invoice for £64.63 to cover one setup only. 😥

GRRR.
Got it to load on the laptop, there was some sort of gunk on the face of the disc, fresh out of the box as well. Cleaned the CD and it loaded perfectly.
The problem now is I have validated it on the lappy but even though it has now loaded on my desktop I cannot validate it because they have only invoiced me for one terminal.
Cheque was sent on the 15th of March but does not appear to have been cashed yet. 😕
Does anyone know the direct phone number to the peeps responsible?

If you phone their regular spares number they will put you through to the right dept who will give you a set-up access code. 😉
