Tried again this morning, loaded it all up and rang the Indesit Company.
The operator was again going to send Amy Hodgkinson an e-mail as said Amy was ‘on the phone’.
I politely 😉 prevailed upon her to be more proactive so she actually spoke to Amy.
I have now been told that Amy does not know how to actually do the validation over the phone, she is going to the ‘warehouse’ 😕 to learn how to do it and will ring me back tomorrow. :rolls:

I’m still waiting to see if they will accept my Green Shield Stamps? No CD Rom over this way yet………. 😛

Half a result this afternoon, I actually received a call from Amy 8O. She said that the problem was due to an admin error at their end and she would set up validation for my two PC’s. So far so good, I set it up on my laptop first and lo and behold the online validation went through perfectly.
Sadly when I tried the same on the desktop PC that one failed again. 😥 Another phone call later I was told that Amy would be going back to the warehouse again tomorrow to find out how to correct this latest problem. :rolls:
One thing I can tell you Martin, the brushes for the WF445 are now listed, as you may well know by now they are 1603910’s 🙂
