ParticipantHi there. New member here.
I’m a heating and boiler engineer and currently have some repairs to do on the above range cooker.
It needs several parts, including glass lid hinges and various broken, unidentified small parts.
I have been online to all the usual parts suppliers but none of them provide an exploded parts diagram which I would need to help me identify all the parts required. I’ve made several calls and just get automated run-around… Its like pulling teeth 😡Can anyone assist with links or advise about how I get hold of such info… Boilers always have these diagrams and I thought it’d be the same for cookers/white goods etc. I’ve got several jobs to do today and this has already taken up a couple of hours!
Really would be grateful for info on how you service guys go about takling this.
Cheers, D.

ParticipantThanks v much for that. Where do you get these from? Could do with a link for future reference for various makes and models of appliances, if such a resource exists?

ParticipantHere’s a bit more of what I’m trying to achieve….
The glass lid won’t stay up. Hinges kaput… Can’t tell until new ones arrive. This happened previously and I obtained replacements.
There was also remnants of plastic clips scattered on the floor. Managed to eventually identify these as “Burner plate fix – left” but no idea where they came from and how they were fixed onto the appliance. Now have some clue but don’t know if they should have a screw holding them.
Links below give a drawing reference for the part as 0112 but I can’t see it on the exploded drawing that is available on the part master website. Calling them is no help as the telesales person is not product trained.
Lid glass has separated from clamp through grease and grime so need new silicone (which type for heat?).
Right hand oven needs new seal but which?
I’m trying to get all the parts I need in one go from one source and it’s nigh on impossible. Lol.https://www.partmaster.co.uk/burner-…pl?pid=2884495
(tried uploading a screen shot but quota won’t allow it).
Thanks for any input.

ParticipantThanks Dave. Yes, I’ve bought them before but it’d be useful to see where they go, how they fix and wtf they are for lol. There’s also various rubber buffers and I wanted to get the lot in case they all help take some of the stress and strain of the Hinges and stop them going kaput again in the future.
Do you know what silicone should be used to reseal the glass?

ParticipantAlso. This brand is now under Beko. Do you know if they have a tech support number with someone who actually knows what the products are?
