    Hi there,
    im looking into taking up pat testing and was wondering how much to charge? Ive seen charges around £2.50 per appliance but ive been asked by land lords how much per house/ flat, i understand that every house is different but what would you guys charge? some houses will be quick and some time consuming,

    mike, i do a very small amount of PAT, however i quote £45.00 then £2.00 per appliance. landlords are ok with this…£45 covers travelling, time on job and the £2 covers cost of itemised report.
