    Hi, i bought a Paul Bocuse Rosieres on Ebay England and brought it back to France where i live .As we are on bottled gas i changed the jets but the flames don’t burn well they leave a sooty deposite over the bottom of pans.Is there anything else that i should change?

    Hi

    The air mixture will also be needed to be changed.

    Also it looks like you havent changed the jets correctly,This should be done by a qualified gas engineer.
