Good Afternoon,

I am emailing you about a new competition that Payzone is running that maybe of interest to your members.

As we currently offer a preferential service to your members we thought they would like to hear about a new competition that we are currently running as it may be something that they are interested in hearing about / want to enter.

The competition is free to enter and is based around this year’s six nations rugby tournament and I hope you agree that this is something they would be interested in entering ..the prize is for x2 tickets to Twickenham to watch England in the Autumn internationals later in the year.

Assuming you’re happy to proceed what would be your preferred method of us communicating this message to your members? For example I am more than happy to send an email out from here detailing the competition and how to enter etc… if you provided me with a distribution list, alternatively if you have the facility I can provide you with the email template to send out on our behalf.

A definite NO to giving them a distribution list but I don’t see any harm in us forwarding an email.

Whats in it for the WTA – the prize is only good if you have seats in the directors area or you are mad keen on rugby.
