Bought a tumble dryer brand new from appliances direct a week ago .Its never worked and showing flashing leds which is apparently a fault in the pcb. Given the runaround by the retailer and whoever deals with their warranties and can’t get any action . My question is can I remove the pcb to make it work . Thanks.

since the pcb controls the works of the machine i could not see it working without it

at a week old tell them to pick it up and refund. its obviously “not of merchant quality” and ” not fit for purpose”

as far as i know at this stage you can refuse a repair and demand replacement or full refund
