Held back on this….
You’d get more or less the same statistical trending if you look at customers…
I’ve been logging this for ages.
Beyond the midway point we’re into liars, cheats and just people trying to defraud. Customers, repairers, makes no odds other than a coupe of percentage points either way at best.
Where do you think you are?
Statistically, unless there’s good cause to believe otherwise, the majority are (at best) borderline or trying to rip you off.
Now, once more with these sorts of posts I will ask, think before you respond ripping into me very carefully. These are hard numbers.
You may well be in the top 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} but, it’s one in ten.
You might snick into the next one and you’re worth having as a subcontractor.
Or, you might be in the bottom two. One is a “use if there’s no other option” and one is an, “avoid at all costs”.
Follow the logic though, if this is what we see in repairers and, this is mirrored in customers…
For those that get into that top 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}, good on you.
For the rest, that’s the target.
