Philips ceramic hob – 2 rings work, 2 don’t

Sorry, not sure of the model no. Until recently all 4 rings worked. Now only the rear 2 work. Is this something that can be repaired, woud I still be able to get spares and if so what would I need (Whirlpool now seem to take responsibility for Philips hobs).

a common cause of this is that the terminal connections have either burnt out or have become loose .

this shouldbe a fairly easy fault to cure.
