    Hi, I want to ask a question with the picture included, but first I get the message that the size limit is 2 MB, then after I reduced the size of my image, I get this message “Upload failed due to your usergroup’s upload quota. This file will require 1.72 MB but you only have 19.5 KB of 19.5 KB remaining.”
    How can I upload the image to this forum?

    You need to host your image on something like Google pics. Imgur or Flickr.

    and then post a public link
