    Model AEG F65070VI.
    Plates in dishwasher go pearlescent and patchy.
    I tested the patchy parts with acid, it did not have no effect, no reaction.
    Pearlescent feels waxy and sounds squeaky when rubbing it.
    I have tested it with different temperatures up to 70c.
    Added more salt, rinse aid, still no change, need help on what could be causing the problem.
    I have attached a photo, you can see what I mean in this.

    Don’t explain the rough patchy bits, I thought it was lime at first but that was neg on the acid test?

    That would sound like redepositing or, it’s the most likely cause.

    Put it this way, the dishwasher can’t make stuff, only clean it. 😉
