My washing machine doesn’t work. It counts down but nothing happens.

could be a set of worn brushes

but more serious is this machine seems to be one of the ones Hotpoint is recalling due to fire issues

I spoke to hotpoint and although same machine they stated it wasnt one of the recall ones. Though I am not sure I believe them.

then look down for your model. You will have to get the complete model number from around the door
