Please help! – ‘CL’ error code on LG WM1480-FHD

Please can anybody help – I have looked at the user manual downloaded from the LG website and there is no code for this??? (Well no CL code anyway) – Anybody know what CL means on an LG???

I checked the bottom left flap unscrewed the filter thingy, got out 1 or 2 coins but the CL code is still showing. Won’t let me do anything, just says CL… help anyone 🙂

CL = Child Lock 😉

You can activate and release by holding two buttons in which I can’t recall offhand but it will be in the user manual and indicated on the control panel by a smiley face normally 🙂

Hi Dave, Thanks very much, you just saved me 75 quid call out charge 🙂

You hold in the ‘Wash’ and ‘Rinse’ buttons – our 2 year old must have engaged the child lock by accident – it didn’t even know the machine had one and never would of guessed without you help.
