Please HELP: “How to reset bosch ecologixx 8 iDos”?

Hi,
I have a problem with bosch ecologixx 8 iDos washing machine. Further to the completion of the washing cycle, the door lock can not be opened. It happened once more and by resetting the machine to its factory settings, i.e. switching the knob and pressing buttons & everything went back to normal. The truth is I don’t remember the preocedure… I did find the procedure on line, but don’t recall. Please HELP…THANKS :rolls:

Not sold in the UK I don’t think. What is the full model number?

It says something in the user guide about the child lock (key icon) being activated (maybe?) and to press and hold the <opc button to deactivate?

Hi,
No its not the child lock, I have tried it already..
This problem happend once before and I saw a video on line and by following few instructions, TO RESET, and the door lock was released.

It has nothing to do with the child lock, nor dirty Filter etc…
IT NEEDS A RESET and forgot how..!
If you could tell me how to reset to the original manufacturer, that will do..
