    Hi,

This is my first post and I would really apreciate some advice 🙂

We have a Tecnik TKD 795/2 integrated dishwasher which seems to have the common fault of the pump running continuously. We want to remove the machine to tip it and further investigate the probably leak (as advised in several knowledgeable posts on this site – thanks 😀 ) BUT this machine has one central rear leg which we need to shorten to give enough leeway to pull the machine out. We can’t reach it and wondered if there is a recommended way to do it. I can almost reach it but am worried the machine will drop and crush my arm!

In the centre of the white panel under the door there is a brown plastic screw which has an arrow on it, indicating turn one way for up one way for down. Is this supposed to adjust the rear leg?? If not, what does it do? Turning this screw appears not to do anything though 😥 I’d be very grateful for any advice on this from you kind experts. Many thanks 😀

Centre screw is to raise and lower the leg. It works best with weight on it, so slip the cabinet securing screws and see if you can ease the machine forward slightly.

Thanks, Penguin45 🙂 I expect we didn’t have enough weight on it. Will give it another go, following your advice. Cheers! 😀
