Although I did take some artistic licence and removed a lot of the advertising. 😉

I used to sit with what I referred to as “The Bible” on my desk and used it a hell of a lot when on the phones to avoid stupid and pointless service calls chasing faults that didn’t exist. Now I can chime much of it off the top of my head from using it so much, it was an old stains book from P&G from the 1980’s. As I said in another thread, practically no staining issues are due to the machines but down to use.

The challenge isn’t figuring it out, it’s convincing the customer that this is the problem and not the machine.
