Hi. I have one of these

    (Zanussi ZUC053W).

I initially had it on a table in the kitchen but am thinking of putting it on the floor. My question is – will the floor perhaps being a bit colder cause any problems? I could put it on a board or something though.

I noticed condensation under the freezer/on the table top and wondered if it might get worse on the floor. However there is a damp problem in the kitchen at the moment and once that gets sorted condensation might be a bit less likely.

(The freezer’s is pretty new and only been in use 3-4months so it shouldn’t be faulty in any way. The problem seems to have gone since there’s been a dehumidifier in the kitchen)

So long as you follow the climate class guidelines for the unit (it should be on the rating plate) then it should be fine.
