The power cable on our Russell Hobbs powerclean 1800 usually spools itself back into it;s casing. Now, it’s stuck – it won;t spool or extend.
I can’t find a way to open the back body and access this.
It looks like the cable has got caught behind on of the retaining wheels but I’m stuck as to how to free it up and fix the problem.
Any advice would be most appreciated!
