Powerpoint IDW8 – Error code E4

Powerpoint Dishwasher IDW8.
When I turn it on, this error appears “E4“.
The Dishwasher has worked fine for the past 6+ months, but we had other problems before then (intermittent error codes for no apparent reason).
Can anybody help please ?

I take it that you’re posting from Ireland – Powerpoint appears to be an Irish brand. I’ll assume that it’s a Haier Chinese machine, due to the complete absence of any formal technical information, in which case E4 means that the tray under the machine is full of water and that the flood protection system is operating.

Drag it out, power off, tip it to one side to drain the underside. If it does it again, you’re playing “Hunt the leak”.
