Just a short one for you all that have taken out loans in the last ten years or so… Now you all know me… a tryer at the least… not a knowall, but I have a good amount of knowledge that I usually expede to all that I know if it is worth their while… So take note:

I am a one man band and have a shop that has had its fair share of break-ins in the past, so that follows that I would have plenty of loans…

This year I decided to contact Lloyds TSB regarding the the loans that I had previously had, that contained an element of PPI, with TSB and Lloyds TSB from upto 10 years ago. Lloyds TSB declined any ownership of resposibility regarding he PPI that was attached to the loans.

Last month I thought to myself, bollocks; I am going to get in touch with the onbudsman regarding this; and so I did.

Anyway, I heard back from the onbudsman this month and to my supprise thy had contacted Lloyds TSB regarding my claims and Lloyds TSB have decisded to honour the caim for 4 of the loans that contained PPI..

SO… This is just to say … Dont be dismayed if you have had Loans and are trying to claim back the PPI, but get knocked back by the bank or other loan supplier… Try the onbudsman, it is really easy and they are very helpful.

Total PPI calimed back so far is approx £6500.00, so it is definately worth botherng with.

    George
