    I have a Bush hw60-1460d

    With ‘err2’

I have discovered this means that I need to..

    • Check that filter is not blocked or obstructed[/*:m:3m1suoy7]
    • Check drain hose is clear of any blockage or obstruction[/*:m:3m1suoy7]
    • Check wiring to drain pump[/*:m:3m1suoy7]
    • Check drain pump is not defective[/*:m:3m1suoy7]
    • Check level sensor or switch[/*:m:3m1suoy7]
    • Check wiring to level sensor[/*:m:3m1suoy7]

But I’ve never lived in a place where I had to do it myself. And my housemates don’t seem to care in the slightest, they go ‘oh’ and then walk away.
I have no idea where the filter is, or if I can get to it, as I also have err1, meaning that the door is locked and unresponsive.

    Any help would be great.

don’t know what the machine looks like but if the filter is accessible to the user it will be a door at the bottom of the front of the machine. open this door and there should be a filter that can be carefully unscrewed and cleaned

beware if the filter jams or wont come out easily don’t force it too much as it will break and spares for these cause problems

……and have a few towels handy to soak up the floods of water as you remove that filter. 😉
