Premature motor failure.

Very premature, around seven weeks of use. 😥

I had to fit a motor to a CI555WH this afternoon. Badly burnt out, loud clicking from brushes.

This motor was fitted to replace another burnt out motor, on the 2nd of February 2009. 😯 :rolls:

All of my diplomatic skill had to be used to pacify the customer. 😀

At least she got a complete fix within four hours of making the call for service. 8)
