called to this machine today, the problem being you can switch it on set program close the door pump runs ok a few sconds later it starts to bleep the pump runs its normal time the bleeping carries on but there is further action from the machine i have never seen a Prima before it is a four star pig to get out (double floor layed after instalation) so can anyone before i have get it out thanks
sorry i should have said no further action after the pump has stopped

It’s a whirlpool machine. Should be flashing the start light with the error code.

Sounds like NTC, but like DP said, count them flashes 😉

ive been back to the machine the light flashes all the time in fact the customer phoned and said she had tried it and switched off after an hour

Constant steady flash is F1 – ntc problems, as Greg has said. You can do it from the front without removing the machine. P/no required is 4812 282 68035.
