    Hi,

    I have a fully integrated Prima freezer which is less than 2 years old. The freezer was defrosted (manually) at the weekend without incident, but since turning it back on every 10-20 minutes the temperature alarm goes off for about a minute and then stops . . . then starts . . . etc etc.

    If I press the fast freeze button, the alarm will stop, but if you deactivate this, then sooner or later the beeping starts up again. I can’t keep the thing on fast freeze permanently and the beeping is driving me crazy.

    HELP PLEASE – WHAT DO I NEED TO DO??
