    Hi,

I’ve got a Prima LPR600 integrated dishwasher, which has developed a fault. Could someone please offer some advice?

When I start a program, I can hear water entering the machine but after about 30 seconds a low pitched buzzing sound can be heard.

The program does not start. On opening the door, water can be seen in the bottom of the washer. There are no flashing lights on the panel. I can reset the program, close the door drain off the water but that’s it.

The numbers on the side of the device are as follows:
    Service 8545 600 15810
    Serial 33 0410 004052

    Thanks in advance!

Sounds like the circulation pump is not cutting in – the humming noise could well be power getting to the motor, but it’s not responding. Possible fault is motor jammed/blocked or start/run capacitor failed.

It’s an integrated Whirlpool-built machine, so particularly awkward to work on – time for pro help? Click the link below for an engineer.

    Power off if investigating further.
