    Induction hob. Showing 4E fault. Is it Zanussi or Whirlpool? Any idea what fault is?

    e4 means no commumnication between element and board. usually means that a new induction heating element is needed.
    available from isdal.
    new element will have to be configured.

    Thanks for that. If 3 of the 4 rings have failed would it be economical to repair? How are they configerated?

    no probs.

    have 3 of the rings failed?

    configuration details are sent with the element i believe. not sure on the price of the elements though.

    Havent yet been to job (going Monday) but she said that over the past 3 months one at a time have stopped working and show E4.
    Im assuming they all have the same fault.
