I have had one of these today with the same fault, I was going to order a new user board(pcb) but after reading your diagnostics I am not so sure. 😕
This is a job for those Wpool. experts out there if you can help please :rolls:
Last week I had another Prima, faulty motor as usual but it had shorted and took out the user board 😥 15 months old ❗ Don’t you just love the quality 😥 sent the guy back to the retailer to complain about it, fit for purpose,

Normally, if it completes the cycle with no errors it’s a software problem on the module. Changing the module would normally cure it. (Whirlpool engineer would rewrite software to module).
However, as you’ve already changed the module to no avail it really only leaves the NTC or wiring at fault.
To test the heater and wiring, disconnect at the module and test from there. You’ll test the wiring, TOC and heater in one.
Try running the diagnostic program and see if it throws up an error.Brian

Hi Brian
Yep done all the tests from the module, heater has circuit, NTC had a circuit, although it measured 76kohm,cold, I am not sure if this is normal or not 😕 Test prog. shows nothing, completes cycle same as on a wash prog.December 11, 2006 at 7:58 pm #196819DentedPorsche

Ntc reading seems a bit high. Mind you, depends on the temperature.
At 20 deg 58.1 kohm
25 – 47.1
30 – 38.2
40 – 25.4
50 – 17.2
60 – 11.8
70 – 8.3
80 – 6
85 – 4

BrianWater temp at tap. .is about 10c which by my calculation would give a reading about 90k, this looks ok 76k would be around 15c which is what it may have risen to after five minutes running when I tested it. 😕
Life was sweeter when we had timers and not all these micro processors :rolls:

I`ve had two of these machines with the same symptoms as you described and on both occasions the NTC was the culprit. Part No. 481228268035. About 20 quid I think.
