Participant😀 Hope someone can help.
The machine has gone native. Pumps a bit, takes in water, swirls it about a bit then beeps at me. The machine then stops about a minute later. The programme has returned to ‘rinse’.
Reset does nothing. There are 7 flashes in sequence on the ‘start’ button.
The number on the door is 8545 600 15860.
Is this terminal, or is it easily fixed?
Thanks in advance

Remove left hand side panel. A nip of the connector block will often do the trick.
Power off first.

😆 This is one of the most helpful forums I have ever joined! Thanks Penguin.
As I can’t find the ‘build-in’ instructions, can I just screw the feet in to lower its height and slide it out or will it be fixed to something?
The worktop is granite so it can’t be fixed to that.
How do you get the door off? 😕

Decor door removal – open door, slacken screws 2+4 by two turns – panel should slide down for removal.
Fixing – there should be some sort of angle bracket in the top corners, allowing it to be screwed to either the work surface (obviously not) or the adjoining casings.
If the floor is recessed, you will have to raise the feet. Be careful moving it, the long legs are a bit “bendy”.
Enjoy………

If you can’t see them, the machine may not be secured at the top. so see if it moves.
