    Hi All

Have a fault on the above machine. On startup the dial just clicks around constantly.
I have counted the number of flashes on the power LED and it is 11.
I was told by someone that it was the pump which I replaced but the fault is still there. Have I bought the pump needlessly? Does it need resetting? How is this done? Or is it easier to just get an engineer out.

    Here’s hoping…

F11 is definitely a pump related fault, it may well need resetting as well though, here is the process:

Turn the washer off, then turn the dial to any black dot. Now turn the washer on and you should see the power indicator light flash 3 times. On the third flash turn washer off again and select a wash programme. Turn the washer on again and after a couple of seconds the machine should start.

If that doesn’t work, then you will need an engineer, come back and tell us how you get on or if you need an engineer, someone here may be able to help..

    Dave.

    Thanks Dave

I tried that but it didnt seem to work.
What happened was i turned the dial to a dot. There are different coloured ones and so i tried the only black one.

The LED flashed twice then very quickly about 3 or 4 times and then went on to flash seemingly constantly. On another attempt it just did its 11 flashes. Maybe I didnt leave it off long enough?

    Any ideas?

You could try leaving the machine off with no power for a few hours then try the reset procedure, if that doesn’t work, it’s time for an engineer I think.

    Dave.
