Hi,
Not sure if this is the right forum as it’s a washer dryer.
So I had a Samsung washer dryer and I was having issues where after a wash and dry I’d open the door and the towels would be rock hard and stuck to the drum. I ended up throwing away about 4 of these towels.
I finally worked out that the towels were sticking too the drum during the spin cycle and when I checked them they were still a bit wet but already felt hard. I then had to just do the wash cycle then shake the towels before putting them in for drying but this still left them harder than they should be
I thought it was something I was doing so I tried different spin speeds, drying lengths, rinse cycles and a number of other things.
I eventually got a new Samsung washer dryer as I felt the last one was also too slow and loud and it’s done it again.
I rang Samsung who said it was not a machine fault and spoke to a washer dryer technician who also had no idea so I’m hoping you might have answers.
I have pictures below of what it looks like after the spin cycle.
