Hi, new here and hoping someone may be able to help me with a problem with my 3 year old bosch fridgefreezer model kiv32x23gb, the fridge and freezer aren’t getting to the right temp the fridge isn’t cold enough and the freezer is defrosting at the bottom and barely frozen at the top. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
