Problem with drying function on LG F1403RD6 Washer/Dryer

First post here as a new member.

Recently I get the error message dHE displayed when I try to use the dryer function.

According to the manual, this is a temporary drying error and should be cleared by powering the machine off. This doesn’t appear to work.

I have been able to get the machine to run through the dry cycle without producing any heat.

Where should I investigate first? I have a multimeter and some understanding of electrics from doing my own minor car repairs.

first is always find the heater and look for re-settable stats
