Problem with IKEA whirlpool dishwasher (newby here)

Hi,

My 6 month old IKEA whirlpool dishwasher isnt working – no matter what program is selected the drain pump runs and no program starts -I’ve checked all the filters and they seem ok, no beeps. I’ve had a quick check of the forum but couldnt see any similar problems. The model is DWH C10 W -though the whirlpool site couldnt find a reference to this!

Also -how can I work what, if any, error codes are thrown?

I think that if the overflow system is activated on this one the drain pump runs, but no error code is displayed.

It’s under guarantee, so send for Whirlpool.

-Will get someone in to take a look. For future reference how do I get error codes out of it – I take it its the blinking of the start light?
