I was wondering if you could offer some help with a problem with my Neff Over.
The model number is B1320N2GB/05
What has happened is that it was in normal use one day, then just stopped working completely. I thought at first the fuse had tripped but I’ve checked them all and they are fine. The oven appears completely dead apart from a small flicker of light of the red indicator light if you turn the selector dial on to grill, then fan. However you dont get that flicker of light with the selector dial if the temperature dial is at anything other than zero.
There is no other life in the oven, and the digital display does not come on either.
I have replaced the fan element thinking it seems a common problem, but obviously this has not resolved the problem.
Inside the over there is no signs of anything haven burnt out and all the wires are in tact.
Any thoughts?
