Our samsung fridge freezer RSH1DBMH is only a few years old. We recently moved into a house where the previous owners sold it onto us and for the first few weeks it has been working fine, now the fridge temperature on the display is reading 14 degrees c. When we press the button to reset to 1 – 7 degrees it reverts back to 14 degrees after about 3 seconds. The food and milk etc is not cold so it’s definitely not at the right temperature. We’ve tried turning off at the wall and waiting about 10 mins then plugging back in but it’s still not working. The freezer is showing -13 degrees.
