My 3 year old DI614H has started having problems. Near the end of the cycle, it appears to get stuck, and won’t empty the water. The machine beeps and appears to start emptying the water, then stops for a short time, beeps, and tries to start empyting again. It continues to go through this loop, even when I open and close the door. There are no error lights on when I open the door, just the normal flashing program light. I have tried the machine on other programs and the same problem arises. There is no problem however using just the Soak program (when the water has not been heated ?).
Initially when this happened, I could get it to finish by opening and closing the door a few times, but now that does not work. I have however discovered that by opening the door and pressing the 3/1 option button after the fault occurs, the machine carries on through the cycle and finishes.
I would be grateful for any advice.

Pretty standard corruption issue by the sound of it. Article HERE will give you some idea of what you’re up against.

    Thanks Penguin45 for that
At the moment I can get the machine to finish normally by pressing the 3/1 button when it stops. I don’t know if that gives any indication what the real fault is, and I expect it will stop working eventually, but for the moment it seems to be working
