problem with Tecnik TKC5525 B/U double oven

Hi, The light stopped working some time back in the top oven and we were unable to remove the lamp cover. Eventually got it to move anti clockwise but still refusing to come off.
Trying again today to remove it all the power blew tripping a fuse in the main fuse box.
Each time we try to switch on the oven it trips the power so we are currently without the oven.
Any ideas on how to resolve this greatly appreciated.
Also going back to the light cover, does it unscrew completely or only part way and then pull off?

Twisting the whole lamp unit has probably pulled wires out the back. Those wires have shorted out blowing the trip. Only isolating the power completely and removing the oven to access from the back will be the next move.

Quick update: after trying to work out how to get the oven out from its built in position I finally got it out and right enough two wires loose. trouble then was working out where they went as not at all obvious. however after much fiddling about (technical term that) we finally got it working again albeit without the light which was the cause of all the disruption.
reckon we will just have to manage without the light.
