Problems getting hold of an engineer company

Wondering if you can help me out

I got hold of a engineer using the whitegoods repairs@service. The engineering company got back to me and sent out an engineer. The engineer from the company found the problem and took £50 off on the spot! 8O. They didn’t mention anything to me about that over the phone.

The engineer told me that they would source out the part and that I should give them a ring in a couple weeks time. I did just that, back on the phone The engineer told me they had put part on order, once they received the part, they would give a ring.

One whole month passes by and no calls from the engineer, gave them a ring, only to be told that the reason they didn’t get back to me, was because they lost my number, and that they are still await for the part on order.

Three months has now passed, no calls from the engineer and guess what ……. no answer to my calls?? the contact number which I received from the engineer is his own number, Is there anyway that I can find out actual companies phone number?
