    Hi

The food at the back of my fridge is getting very cold, in fact freezing at times, yet the food at the front is barely cold. Also, the bottom shelves get colder than the top ones!

Does this sound like a fixable problem or am I looking at a new fridge.

    Any help welcome!

    😳 Sorry!

It’s a Zanussi/Electrolux. Sorry, can’t find a model number anywhere! No freezer compartment, just a fridge.

well here goes, could be : door not sealing, light staying on, insulation gone, system blockage, faulty thermostat (if it has), faulty module (if it has) and thats just what i can think of off the top of me head without a model number almost impossible which incidentley should be behind the crisper tray.

    It’s a “ZEL 67 W” – does that sound like a model number?

yup undercounter fridge , check to make sure the door is sealing ok and internal light goes off as you shut the door

Yep, the light is turning off ok. There may be a sealing issue although it’s hard to check as there’s a ledge above the door; it’s find down the side. The door does seem to slope down a little towards the handle, so maybe I could see if I could tighten it up a bit. Hmmm…

    Many thanks.
