Hello, bit of a strange problem with this one (for me anyhow) the machine sometimes stops somewhere in the rinses and if the gentleman turns the machine off and then back on it continues correctly till the end. there’s no flashing error code at anytime and i’ve done separate tests on the pump, inlet valves and pressure switch with no faults found. Any ideas?

Motor stopping doesn’t necessarilly generate a code. Checked brushes?

I did check for that Helo_75 and to see if maybe the door switch was a bit temperamental but all is ok, i have ordered the UKW fault code book in hopes that there’s a something in there that could help.

Thanks Mike, i thought it would be the board as everything else tested ok , i was just hoping that there was a slim chance that it could’ve been fixed via a reset method or something as the customer has had a real shitty two weeks, he lost his wife then was in a car crash, his combi boiler broke down and know this. Thanks to all, it’s appreciated.
