Problems with my Diplomat ADP 8224 Detergent Dispenser

I am having a few problems with my diplomat dishwasher, I put it on to wash as normal and when it has fnished its cycle the dishes are still dirty because the detergent dispenser hasn’t opened, no error message is displayed. I have tried calling the number on the back of the mnaual but it just says that it is not a recognised number, Can anyone help me with this please 😀

Hi,

It’s most likely to just be the soap dispencer unit itself, a pretty easy fix. try Repairs@ or the directories for an engineer in your area and if you’ve no luck there let us know your postcode and we’ll try to point you in the right direction.
