    were negotiating with a letting agent about repairs,
    they want to know if we have indemnity insurance…
    can anybody enlighten as to what it is ???

    we only have public liability at the mo..

    I do work for 10 letting agents and have never been asked for anything other than PL insurance.

    this particular co..specialize in high value lettings..might be something to do with it ????

    dont want to put my foot in it before i find out a bit more about it??

    we also do work for other letting co,s and havent been asked about it..

    one of my mates said he,s also been asked for by an other co..
