KeymasterFirst can we thank everyone who has taken the trouble to return the download to us.
Over the weekend we will publish a map of the coverage we have achieved this week. If you want to be part of that map, complete the application download and return it to admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk asap. The next two weeks are about building the agents coverage. We of course only need 1 skill level, Laundry, the best bit is it is designed to accomodate all one man businesses, the majority of the UK repairers.
The Project X forum is for applicants only and you can already see the appliance in there as well as see specification and have questions answered.
Its free, you can withdraw if it’s not for you, what have you got to lose?
Try applying, see the difference and join the growing band of businesses who want to have control of their futures.

KeymasterRe: Project X
An update on this for new and old readers.
We have now had an excellent response from advertising this on the site. Everyone who applied is now “mapped”, with all their details and requirements noted.
There are several level 3’s teamed up with their local repairer and between them they’ve formed a unique alliance. One sells, the other services those sales. If that situation applies to you its not too late to apply.
From today we move into the next phase where we are actively seeking agents in areas where we have gaps. Amazingly some of these areas are where we have a Repairs@ agent who has not applied for this project. Again its not too late, but remember there can only be ONE level 1 in each postcode, if you miss the boat, then Level 2 is your next best.
Also from today its quite possible we will have new interest from a new “flyer” we are selectively targeting to businesses, in areas we need agents. For example 100 businesses in Cambridge and Peterborough were targeted today. If you are new to the site over this weekend please ask any questions you like regarding Project X.
Use the pm message system for a personal reply, either to kwatt or myself (kheath), we will respond. Thanks
Kevin

Update…
We have sent over 500 flyers this week, followed them up with personal visits to key targets, all is progressing well.
Over the next two weeks we will continue to be pro active in our approach.
We are on course for acheiving our goals by Xmas, no probs. Which is when we shift the goalposts by a couple of miles, for the benefit of us all.
A new era, you bet!

KevinI was under the impression I was on Repair@ and had filled in the projectX form for my area but I just got a flyer this morning.
How selective is your selective targeting? 🙂
Can you confirm that my details are recorded for my area for both repairs@ and project x.
Thanks Bazza

The flyers are sent to all repairers in postcode districts, it would be impossible to be that selective to be honest as some businesses we don’t know and are not UKW members so we don’t the range of cover they do..
I hope that explains it 🙂

All the “dots” are points in Mappoint and each one indicates the postcode district where we have recieved a response to Project X.
Without doing a massive image which would take an age to download it was easier to view as a web page….

Hi Andy,
I take it from Kevins post that the flyers are only going to areas where no one has expressed an interest yet.
