Proline Crystal fridge freezer

Hi

I have seen a message from someone with a similar problem. My freezer has defrosted and the fridge feels warm, the light is still working in the fridge so its not the electric supply. I can’t find the manual, should the orange switch next to the temp dial in the fridge be light up or not?

I can’t find any model numbers or anything on it, but it is the proline crystal.

The model number should be inside the fridge next to th salad bins but it may not help with a Proline as it’s a Comet own brand.

Is it frost free, can you hear the motor running constantly ?
